Yes. All technicians undergo CNIC identity checks, practical skill assessments, and background verification before joining our network.
Technicians ko payment kab aur kaise milti hai?
Technicians ki earnings har hafte direct Bank Account, JazzCash, ya EasyPaisa mein transfer ki jaati hain bina kisi delay ke.
KAAMKAAR platform commission kitna hai?
Commission rate aap ke service trade (Plumbing, Electrical, AC, etc.) ke mutabiq hota hai jo onboarding ke waqt wazeh bata diya jata hai.
Job reject karne ya cancel karne par kya hota hai?
Bina kisi majboori ke akhri waqt par job cancel karne par partner account rating drop hoti hai aur baar baar karne par account temporary suspend ho sakta hai.

Booking Help

How do I book a service?
Select your required service category, pick your preferred date and time, enter your sector and house address, describe the issue, and click Submit.
Can I request an urgent or same-day service?
Yes. If urgent technicians are available in your sector, same-day emergency visits can be arranged through our dispatch system.

Pricing & Payments

Are materials included in the service price?
Labour charges and spare-part/material costs are separate. Technicians will explain any additional material cost before proceeding with installation or replacement.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, or EasyPaisa/JazzCash after job completion and satisfaction.

Trust & Safety

How can I identify my assigned technician?
Before the appointment, KaamKar sends the technician's name, photo, and phone number via WhatsApp/SMS. Every pro carries an official KaamKar ID card.

Complaints & Claims

What if I am not satisfied with the work?
Report the issue to KaamKar Support immediately. We will arrange a follow-up inspection or re-visit to complete the job to your 100% satisfaction.

Verification aur practical trade test clear karne ke baad Islamabad central office se aap ko KaamKar shirt, cap, aur ID card issue kar diya jata hai.

Customer se extra charges lene par kya policy hai?
Bina KaamKar approval ke customer se zayada paise demand karna sakht mana hai. Aisa karne par partner account permanently block kar diya jayega.
